UK Dealers

At the beginning of 2010 we went through a restructuring process with our UK dealers, in order to give you the best possible service in the UK marketplace. Part of this has been the setting of a category of 'Vertex AQ Premier Dealer' for those dealers that satisfy the following criteria:

1.     Have a permanent comprehensive set of Vertex products for demonstration in a well appointed listening room.

2.     Have their own stock of the Vertex Systematic Approach Book.

3.     Complete mandatory annual Vertex AQ training.

4.     Demonstrate through positive feedback that they deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction.

5.     Feature Vertex AQ products effectively on their own website.

6.     Feature Vertex AQ products regularly in their media adverts.

7.     Have demonstrated Vertex AQ products in at least 1 UK hi-fi show in the past 2 years.

8.     Play an active role in the UK hi-fi industry through proactive engagement with hi-fi/media organisations and the UK hi-fi press.

Those dealers who satisfy this standard are marked on the list below by asterisk. Those UK dealers shown below who do not currently meet the required standards will still provide an excellent service, and have set themselves a 6-month timescale to achieve Premier status.
